Severstal can pay 46.77 rbl/share in dividends for January–March
MOSCOW, Apr 16 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian steelmaker Severstal have recommended paying 46.77 rubles per share in dividends for January–March, the company said in a statement on Friday.
The shareholders will decide on the matter at a meeting on May 21.
The shareholder register for participation in the meeting will be closed on April 26. The recommended record date is June 1.
Severstal paid 27.35 rubles per share in dividends for January–March 2020.
In 2020, the company also paid 15.44 rubles per share, or a total of 12.93 billion rubles, for April–June and 37.34 rubles per share, or a total of 31.28 billion rubles for July–September.
The core owner of Severstal is tycoon Alexei Mordashov with a stake of 77.03%.
